Hi, I’m Andrea — Brazilian background, Australian Citizen, wifey, mama of 2 boys and a beach lover.

AR Virtual Assistants was created after me becoming a mother of my 2 boys and after a few years of trying to find myself. After a few years of struggling in finding my purpose. After a few years of growth and reflection to find what truly makes me feel happy and how I can serve the world with passion.

My background is in Early Childhood Education and administration within the allied health industry, where I worked as an Admin Manager supporting practitioners, families, and business owners in busy, people-focused environments. Those experiences shaped the way I work today: with care, organisation, and a deep understanding of how important trust and reliability are.

As Virtual Assistants, we support Women-led small businesses, allied health and ECE professionals with clear, dependable admin support. We help bring structure, calm, and consistency to your day-to-day tasks, so you can focus on your clients, your growth, and what truly matters.
